About Me:
Hi, I’m Michelle, and I have 8 years of experience in UX and product design. I’m currently a Senior Product Designer at the NHL, located in New York City. I focus on solving complex problems through user-centered design and clear storytelling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and deliver cohesive, impactful experiences.
Through my work, I focus on creating experiences that are both useful and efficient for users. I’m curious, enthusiastic, and open-minded, which drives me to continuously learn and challenge myself. I also have a strong interest in maintaining components and leveraging design systems to create scalable, consistent solutions.
Outside of the office, I love staying active and making the most of city life. When I’m not traveling, checking out a new bar or restaurant, or cheering on the Rangers at Madison Square Garden, I’m usually at the gym, learning a new sport like snowboarding, golf, or tennis, or spending some quiet time with a good book.
